"Doug Smith has been our insurance agent for many years. Luckily we haven't had to use our insurance often. We stopped by to upgrade Guy's truck coverage. Of course we ended up adding more than what we initially went in for. I don't feel that is a minus. The lady we spoke with explained some things we didn't know about the limits of coverage that could end up costing us lots of money. We increased our coverage on both vehicles for about $30 a month."

"Horrible service in its communication with customers. Called to cancel policy 48hrs ahead of auto withdrawal, still took their payment after telling me they wouldn’t. Then passed on bad information telling me they bill a month in advance instead of a month in the rears. Poor service and experience all around. Plus their rates can be beat by competitors."

"I’ve never had a good experience coming in here. The first time I came to switch which car was listed on the insurance & figure out why I had a balance and Jill “helped” us - she seemed annoyed that we even walked in the door & while she was assisting us she yelled for someone else to come take over. When no one answered her she was clearly frustrated and we ended up just leaving. While packing up the kids in the car & feeling like we were an inconvenience we saw her run out on her lunch break. The second time we came in we asked to speak to someone different. The lady that assisted us was very nice and helped us figure out why I had a balance & answered any questions we had - basically got the job done. When I asked her what I owed monthly and when I need to pay again she told us that we had a few months. GREAT, perfect, awesome. The next week I get something in the mail saying we owed 2 months of payments..? I called the lady and questioned it - she explained that because of hurricane Irma they gave everyone an extra month to get their payments in.... ALRIGHT. After telling her I can’t pay it right now she proceeded to tell me that she “understands it’s hard to be a mom, & that she is a single mom & has more to worry about”... ok what does that have to do with anything..? ANYWAYS, came in today to pay my crazy balance and Gayle assisted me. I told her that I had a voicemail saying what I owed after she quoted me a different amount. She didn’t seem to care and started to explain to me how to divide by 2 (I was paying my full total in 2 payments - one now one later) I know how to divide my question was why was I quoted something different... So basically no one there knows what Is going on ever and I’m SO annoyed. If I could switch company’s I would but I can’t right now. Very disappointed."
